Directions: 30g (2 Tsp) to 457g (1Lb) of meat hup this seasoning on Oxtail (perfect on all Beef) Cook any way you like (flame-roast, oven bake, rill, stew, Fry). May be added to Beef soups.

No additional seasonings required. Add fresh herbs and spices if desired.
