1. Minimum Order Conditions
- No minimum order for collection (Luton LU1 2TA).
- Delivery is available only if the order includes items from our Trinidad & Tobago product range and is over £250.
- Orders that do not contain glass may still qualify for delivery even if under £250.
2. Delivery Tiers
- No Minimum Spend for Collection
- £250 – £299.99 (£35 Delivery)
- £300 - £399.99 (£30 Delivery)
- £400 - £499.99 (£25 Delivery)
- £500 - £749.99 (£20 Delivery)
- £750+ (FREE Delivery)
Please ensure someone is available during your pallet delivery time slot, as failed deliveries will incur a redelivery charge and fuel surcharge.
3. Delivery for Non-Glass Orders Under £250
Orders under £250 containing no glass may still be delivered via courier/post at:

Ideal for:
- Crackers
- Snacks
- Dry goods
- Other non-fragile items
4. Website Orders & Proformas
- All orders submitted through our B2B wholesale store will be followed with a proforma invoice.
- No payment is taken on the website.
- Prices are subject to change, but once a proforma is issued, the price on the proforma is final.
5. Payment & Scheduling
- Payment must be received before delivery can be scheduled.
- Delivery policy and rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
6. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (UK time).
- In-stock orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
7. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (UK Only)
- Express UK Delivery: 1–3 working days
- Delivery times and charges are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
- Shipping prices may change on the invoice for your review.
8. Delivery Address & Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
- We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
9. Delivery Discrepancies & Damage
- All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon arrival.
- f any of the following occur, you must notify us in writing within 3 business days:
Damaged packaging or goods
Missing items
Incorrect products
- Claims made after this period may be rejected.
10. International Shipping & Customs
- We may offer international shipping to selected countries.
- Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by local customs authorities.
- We are not liable for delays or charges due to customs clearance.
11. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery
- If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available, re-delivery fees may apply.
- If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs will be your responsibility.
